These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas, before a single arbitrator.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
